Ms. Anagha Prabhu, Chapter President

Anagha has inspired over 3000+ professionals and students across India and Dubai to navigate the ever-evolving world of management accounting. She is also the Founder of Articulux Global and has been coaching individuals to transform their envisaged goals into reality. Anagha is a CMA (USA), PDGBM, and has earned her credentials of Leadership & Management from London School of Business Administration. She has received the Leadership Platinum Level from IMA USA and has previously served as the Director at Large and Treasurer for IMA Mumbai which helps her bring varied expertise at the table to serve as the President.

Ms. Rujuta Rane, Chapter Vice President

Rujuta Rane has completed her Bachelors degree in Commerce from the Mumbai University, followed by a Masters degree in Business Administration from Pune University. She did her CMA in 2017. She has work experience of over 15 years in the field of Corporate Finance, Insurance and Business Management. 

She has been volunteering with IMA Mumbai Chapter for over 3 years. And as quoted by her “she like to volunteer as it gives her a chance to interact with various professionals and students from different backgrounds and workstreams.

Mr. Mohammed Abbas Charania, Treasurer

Abbas is a seasoned professional with a diverse academic background and a passion for delivering impactful solutions. He is a qualified Certified Management Accountant (US) and has completed his Master's in Management Studies (Finance), alongside a PG diploma in Business Data Analytics from IIT Patna.Currently, Abbas contributes his expertise to the EPM practice at one of the Big 4 firms, where he excels in finding and implementing tailored solutions for clients. With a dedicated commitment to community service, Abbas has been an active volunteer for the IMA Mumbai Chapter for four years. His primary focus in volunteering is mentoring and supporting aspiring CMAs, ensuring they overcome challenges and succeed in their careers.  

Ms. Janvi Soneji, Secretary

Janvi is a Professional with her Academic background being strongly build in Accountancy and Finance. She is a Certified Management accountant and has completed her Masters and Bachelors degree in Accounts and Finance from the university of Mumbai. She has a diverse professional experience from Auditing to business finance. She is Currently working with DXC technology ( subsidiary of HPE) where she helps drive business decisions with help of her finance expertise. She is Associated with IMA Mumbai chapter since 2023. She is also the first campus influencer for IMA from Mumbai. With Mumbai chapter she wants to grow and mentor upcoming CMAs and build a strong Knit community. 

Ms. Vaibhavi Shah, Webmaster

Vaibhavi is a CMA US and Master's degree holder, currently working as a Financial Analyst in Corporate FP&A at DXC Technology. She joined the IMA Mumbai Chapter last year as a volunteer and will continue as Chapter Webmaster for the upcoming year. Passionate about continuous learning, she enjoys exploring new opportunities, reading novels, and binge-watching series/movies in her free time.  

Mr. Het Joshi, Administration VP

Het is a CPA & CMA with a rich experience of 3+ years in the industry, currently working with one of the big four on the international side of US taxation. He has served the chapter as a volunteer since the year 2022. This year will be responsible for taking up the role as the Vice-president of Administration. During his free time, he loves to mentor CPA and CMA aspirants on how to tackle each exams.

Ms. Drashti Shah, Communications VP

Drashti Shah is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with expertise in digital marketing and data analysis. With over 1.5 years of teaching experience, she is currently a faculty member for the CMA US program at an Edutech firm, where she has successfully mentored over 100 students. In addition to her teaching role, Drashti has been actively involved with the IMA Mumbai Chapter for the past two years, serving both as a volunteer and as a Voluntary Director. She is always keen to learn new things and possesses great team-building skills.

Mr. Ravishu Punia, Regional Council Delegate

Ravishu head’s the Business Intelligence Unit (BIU) at a tech soonicorn based in India, where we leverage data to analyse and visualize activities across and outside of the company. When not manipulating data, he write’s poetry and science fiction and play’s music on his handpan.

Mr. Om Nanavati, Director at Large

He is a firm believer in continuous learning and professional development and strives to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the finance industry. His goal is to leverage the skills and expertise to help individuals and businesses achieve their financial objectives and drive long-term success. As a finance professional, he appreciates the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Om is a skilled communicator and collaborator and quite excited to connect with other finance professionals to exchange insights and ideas to help us all excel in our careers.

Mr. Sarvottam Rege, Director at Large

Sarvottam Rege's professional journey is marked by a steadfast commitment to academia and industry. Since June 2015 he has served as the Coordinator-B.Com.(Financial Markets) at M.L. Dahanukar College of Commerce. He earned the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from the IMA in February 2015. Additionally, he is a Fellow member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (FCMA) and holds a Master's in Commerce with a Management specialization from the University of Mumbai.

Sarvottam has spearheaded the Edu-Corp Summit 2022, a six-day virtual corporate skills train-a-thon with speakers from TCS and Mahindra & Mahindra. He has initiated the "Let’s Talk Business" series at Dahanukar College, facilitating discussions with corporate professionals. CMA Sarvottam Rege has been a Star Expert on Corporate guidance for ‘Local Bandhan’, India’s first OTT platform in Marathi, judged various events like MSME Stars, Start Up Stars etc.

He actively contributes to various institutional affiliations, serving on the Board of the Institute of Management Accountant (IMA)-USA, Mumbai Chapter, and recently being appointed as the Global Director at the IMA-USA.

Mr. Rudolph Rodrigues, Director at Large

Rudolph Rodrigues, a graduate from University of Mumbai, and an aspiring Investment Banker has spent over two years volunteering with the Mumbai Chapter of IMA. Having recently appeared for his second CMA exam, he is ardently waiting to attain his certification.

Ms. Deepali Pandey, Director at Large

Deepali has completed her Masters in Accountancy from Sydenham College of Commerce affiliated by Dr. Homi Bhabha State University. Currently she is working at Accenture as Accountant. She is Global Brand Ambassador of CBS GLOBAL case competition. Along with she is pursuing her US CMA. She has 3+ years of experience with Apex Group, KPMG India and Atos. She volunteers at the CMA chapter and she's passionate about finance and wants to contribute to her community.

Mr. Rushil Shah, Director at Large

Rushil Shah is a Certified Management Accountant (USA) and is currently working for an EdTech institute where he serves as the Team Lead for Product & Business Growth. Rushil works with some of the biggest Universities and Colleges in the country as a part of his professional career. Rushil also regularly appeared on YouTube to deliver various counselling sessions & to deliver concepts which have amassed over 2,00,000 views in total. In his free time, Rushil enjoys reading books and watching various sports in his free time. His purpose for taking on this voluntary position is to bridge the gap between campus to corporates and add value to aspirants wanting to pursue the CMA.

Mr. Charudutt Patole, Director at Large

Entrepreneur in past, currently founder of Two Firms by  the name Safe Hands Investment Insurance & Tax Consultants & Jain & Patole associates(Co-op society Audit firm), Mr. Charudutt has completed his CMA from IMA, completed CA-Inter from ICAI & soon will be pursuing for CA Finals and has also completed Masters in Accounts and finance from Mumbai university.
In past he has worked in the field of Audit for 4 years  of MNC’s like Glenmark Pharma, Ufo, Hicare, IIM indore, & single handedly handled  concurrent audit of SBI Mumbai’s SME segment branch along with other banks like Saraswat and NKGSB. Currently he is working at Hexaware Technologies Ltd in Finance department. Awarded best presenter award by ICAI.

Ms. Shruti Rane, Director at Large

Shruti has completed her Bachelor's degree in Accounts and Finance in 2022, which laid a solid foundation for her career in accounting & finance. In December 2023, she further advanced her expertise by earning my US CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification. Currently, she is working as a Junior Accountant, where she is continually developing her skills and gaining valuable experience. Shruti holds excellent interpersonal skill and has been guiding students for CMA Exams.

Mr. Ketan Mulchandani, Director at Large

Dr. Ketan Mulchandani, CMA, FRM, FMVA, FIII, Professor in Accounting and Finance at K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai. Before joining K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management he has worked with NMIMS Deemed to be University, Mumbai, GITAM School of Business, Bengaluru, IBMR, IPS Academy, Indore etc. His industry experience include commodities and banking sector. He has over 18 years of experience, out of which 12+ years in teaching and 5 Years and 8 Months of industry experience. He has published several research papers in national and international journals, including the journal listed ABDC category, Scopus Indexed, Web of Science, UGC care listed and peer-review journals. He has also presented research papers at national and international conferences. His research area includes earnings management, corporate governance and ESG.

Mr. Binit Tardeja, Director at Large

Binit, a semi-qualified CMA (USA) and financial analyst at a leading financial services company, is serving as a Director at Large with the IMA Mumbai Chapter. Driven by a passion for finance, he is committed to help nurture the finance community with like-minded people by sharing knowledge and expertise. He dedicates his time and insights to the IMA Mumbai Chapter coming year, collaborating with seasoned professionals and thought leaders to make a meaningful impact.

Ms. Neha Katkar, Director at Large

Neha Katkar has completed her Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Mumbai University & US CMA in 2023. She has recently joined DXC Technology. It’s her first time as volunteer so she is excited about the opportunities ahead. She is eager to grow both personally and professionally while contributing to the chapter. Apart from that in  her free time Neha enjoys cooking new dishes and serving people and binge-watching movies or series. 

Ms. Vruti Shah, Director at Large

Vruti Jitendra Shah, 22, is a driven professional with a robust educational background, including CMA US (Part 1 cleared), ACCA - Skills Level, and a Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance (March 2023). Currently serving as an Analyst Associate in Investment Banking at Hem Securities Ltd since September 2023,  plays a pivotal role in conducting comprehensive market research, performing financial modeling, and evaluating investment opportunities. Previously, as a Valuation Analyst Intern at Bizdateup Technologies Private Limited from May 2023 to August 2023, She contributed actively to strategic decision-making by conducting detailed financial analyses and utilizing advanced valuation methodologies to assess asset worth and potential investments.

Ms. Kanan Gawde, Director at Large

Kanan is pursuing USCMA and serving as the Vice President of the IMA PVC Student Chapter. Recently, She has begun volunteering for the Mumbai chapter and find great fulfillment in engaging with and contributing to its initiatives. She particularly enjoy administrative tasks, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Kanan’s dedication to checking and maintaining high standards reflects her commitment to the role and the organization's success.

Rishi Gupta, has completed his Bachelors degree in Management Studies and pursuing CMA ((US). He’s very passionate about finance field, also actively connecting with people having similar interest by sharing knowledge and expertise. He has been contributing to the IMA Mumbai Chapter, by connecting and growing with the community.

Ms. Dhruvi Sharma, Director at Large

Dhruvi Sharma is Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and holds a bachelors degree specializing in accounting and finance . She is currently working in an internal audit team and is eager on exploring the field of finance and accounting further. After serving as the Vice President of Operations at the IMA MLDC Student Chapter, she’ll now be serving as Director at large at the IMA Mumbai Chapter. She is open to anything she learns along the way and is constantly willing to expand her knowledge and skill set.

Ms. Esha Brahmbhatt, Director at Large

Esha Brahmbhatt is a partially qualified Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Master's in Commerce graduate specializing in Financial Management and Accountancy. She has previously served as the Chapter Secretary of the IMA MLDC Student Chapter and currently holds the position of Director at Large at the IMA Mumbai Chapter. Esha is highly regarded for her team-oriented approach and her eagerness to learn and embrace new knowledge.
