Ms. Vaibhavi Shah, Chapter President
Vaibhavi is a Certified Management Accountant (US) with a Master’s degree and extensive expertise in financial planning and analysis. She currently serves as a Financial Analyst in Corporate FP&A at DXC Technology, driving strategic initiatives and insights.
Over the past three years with the IMA Mumbai Chapter, she has grown personally and professionally—from contributing member to Webmaster and now Chapter President. Vaibhavi is committed to fostering continuous learning, collaboration, and professional excellence within the management accounting community.

Ms. Esha Brahmbhatt , Chapter Vice President

Esha Brahmbhatt is a qualified Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Master's in Commerce graduate specializing in Financial Management and Accountancy. She has previously served as the Chapter Secretary of the IMA MLDC Student Chapter and currently holds the position of VP at the IMA Mumbai Chapter. Esha is highly regarded for her team-oriented approach and her eagerness to learn and embrace new knowledge.

Ms. Janvi Soneji, Treasurer

Janvi is a Professional and is currently working at Capgemini.. she has diverse experience background from having worked with CA firms to  fortune 500 companies. She has her strong academic background building in accounting and finance. She is a CMA and has completed here bachelors and masters from the University of Mumbai . She is Associated with IMA mumbai chapter since 2023. She is also the first campus influencer for IMA from Mumbai. She has hosted various seminar and webinars in the past and looks forward to add value with her experience to the CMA community in mumbai With Mumbai chapter she wants to grow and mentor upcoming CMAs and build a strong Knit community. 

Mr. Om Nanavati, Secretary

He is a firm believer in continuous learning and professional development and strives to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the finance industry. His goal is to leverage the skills and expertise to help individuals and businesses achieve their financial objectives and drive long-term success. As a finance professional, he appreciates the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Om is a skilled communicator and collaborator and quite excited to connect with other finance professionals to exchange insights and ideas to help us all excel in our careers. 

Ms. Drashti Shah, Webmaster

Drashti Shah is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with expertise in digital marketing and data analysis. With over 2+ years of teaching experience, she is currently a faculty member for the CMA US program at an Edutech firm, where she has successfully mentored over 200 students. She is working with CITCO - global financial services company. In addition to this, Drashti has been actively involved with the IMA Mumbai Chapter for the past 3 years, serving at various roles. She is always keen to learn new things and possesses great team-building skills.

Mr. Sarvottam Rege, Director at large

Sarvottam Rege's professional journey is marked by a steadfast commitment to academia and industry. Since June 2015 he has served as the Coordinator-B.Com.(Financial Markets) at M.L. Dahanukar College of Commerce. He earned the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from the IMA in February 2015. Additionally, he is a Fellow member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (FCMA) and holds a Master's in Commerce with a Management specialization from the University of Mumbai.

Sarvottam has spearheaded the Edu-Corp Summit 2022, a six-day virtual corporate skills train-a-thon with speakers from TCS and Mahindra & Mahindra. He has initiated the "Let’s Talk Business" series at Dahanukar College, facilitating discussions with corporate professionals. CMA Sarvottam Rege has been a Star Expert on Corporate guidance for ‘Local Bandhan’, India’s first OTT platform in Marathi, judged various events like MSME Stars, Start Up Stars etc.

He actively contributes to various institutional affiliations, serving on the Board of the Institute of Management Accountant (IMA)-USA, Mumbai Chapter, and recently being appointed as the Global Director at the IMA-USA. He is currently Global Director at IMA USA and RAC Chair India. 

Mrs.Rujuta Rane, Director at Large

Rujuta Rane has completed her Bachelors degree in 

Commerce from the Mumbai University, followed by 

a Masters degree in Business Administration from 

Pune University. She did her CMA in 2017. She has 

work experience of over 15 years in the field of 

Corporate Finance, Insurance and Business 

Management. 

She has been volunteering with IMA Mumbai 

Chapter for over 3 years. And as quoted by her “she 

like to volunteer as it gives her a chance to interact 

with various professionals and students from 

different backgrounds and workstreams.

Mr. Binit Tardeja, Director at Large

Binit, is a Qualified CMA (USA) and financial analyst at a leading financial services company, is serving as a Director at Large with the IMA Mumbai Chapter. Driven by a passion for finance, he is committed to help nurture the finance community with like-minded people by sharing knowledge and expertise. He dedicates his time and insights to the IMA Mumbai Chapter coming year, collaborating with seasoned professionals and thought leaders to make a meaningful impact.

Ms. Neha Katkar, Director at Large

Neha Katkar has completed her Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Mumbai University & US CMA in 2023. She has recently joined DXC Technology. It’s her first time as volunteer so she is excited about the opportunities ahead. She is eager to grow both personally and professionally while contributing to the chapter. Apart from that in  her free time Neha enjoys cooking new dishes and serving people and binge-watching movies or series. 

Ms. Dhruvi Sharma, Director at Large

Dhruvi Sharma is Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and holds a bachelors degree specializing in accounting and finance . She is currently working in an internal audit team and is eager on exploring the field of finance and accounting further. After serving as the Vice President of Operations at the IMA MLDC Student Chapter, she’ll now be serving as Director at large at the IMA Mumbai Chapter. She is open to anything she learns along the way and is constantly willing to expand her knowledge and skill set.

Ms. Kanan Gawde, Director at Large

Kanan is pursuing USCMA and serving as the Vice President of the IMA PVC Student Chapter. Recently, She has begun volunteering for the Mumbai chapter and find great fulfillment in engaging with and contributing to its initiatives. She particularly enjoy administrative tasks, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Kanan’s dedication to checking and maintaining high standards reflects her commitment to the role and the organization's success.

Rishi Gupta, has completed his Bachelors degree in Management Studies and a Qualified CMA ((US). He’s very passionate about finance field, also actively connecting with people having similar interest by sharing knowledge and expertise. He has been contributing to the IMA Mumbai Chapter, by connecting and growing with the community.
Mr. Anish Agrawal, Director at Large

Anish Agarwal is a Certified Management Accountant and a finance professional with experience across corporate finance, accounting, compliance, and reporting. Currently working with a leading housing finance company, he has contributed to high-impact projects involving board-level presentations, regulatory audits, and financial planning. A commerce graduate from University of Mumbai with strong analytical and communication skills. Anish believes in continuous learning and collaboration. As a volunteer with the IMA Mumbai Chapter, he aims to contribute to the professional community and promote knowledge-sharing in the field of finance and accountancy.

Ms. Tanvi Patil , Director at Large

Tanvi Patil is a Certified Management Accountant (USA) with a Master’s in Accountancy and a Bachelor's in Accounting & Finance, both from Mumbai University. She is currently working as an Analyst in the Audit & Compliance department at DXC Technology. She

 began her career in the Order-to-Cash space before transitioning into audit and compliance. Outside

 of work, Tanvi is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer with over five years of experience and is passionate about dance. She also enjoys contributing to the finance community and supporting aspiring professionals. She

 is excited to serve as Director at Large for the IMA Mumbai Chapter 2025 and looks forward to contributing to the chapter’s initiatives and growth.

Ms. Drashti Adesara, Director at Large

She is Drashti Adesara — a semi-qualified US CMA with a strong passion for accounting and finance. She is someone who is enthusiastic, analytical, and someone who loves turning financial data into strategic decisions.

Mr. Kavish Diwale, Director at Large

Kavish earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management Accounting from Patkar Varde College in 2025. While there, he took on the role of President of the IMA Patkar Varde College Student Chapter, where he honed his leadership skills and enjoyed working closely with his team to create impactful initiatives. He is currently pursuing his CMA to deepen his knowledge and advance his career in management accounting. Kavish is known for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to bring people together. He loves learning new things and is always ready to take on new challenges and grow both personally and professionally.

Mr. Rajveer Khatri, Director at Large

Rajveer is a semi-qualified US CMA with a strong background in finance and management accounting, having graduated from KES Shroff College.
He has leadership experience as Secretary of the KES Student Chapter and is driven to contribute to a dynamic team, eager to expand his skill set in a challenging and rewarding environment.
